On the ground floor there is a large lounge-hallway in the main entrance with a charming living area that links with another lounge, the music room, in which there is a grand piano that has witnessed so many gatherings and musical performances over time. This lounge opens up to a terrace that is open at midday that also leads to the dining room, with a large mahogany table that seats 12-14 people. On the same floor is the kitchen area, office and children's dining room which has recently been renovated with industrial kitchen and fridge, a freezer, etc. The laundry is in an outhouse.
